[20:00:52]<symbioquine[m]><paul121[m]> "I bet if you remove that then..." <- Seems like that did the trick!
[20:00:55]<symbioquine[m]>ACTION uploaded an image: (72KiB) < https://libera.ems.host/_matrix/media/v3/download/matrix.org/QXQMbSsdznc... >
[06:05:43]<lordeddi[m]>symbioquine: did you mention during the monthly meeting that with seeds which become plants, you add a plant asset where the parent is the seed?
[06:50:53]<mstenta[m]>lordeddi: yes that was the approach we talked about
[06:52:22]<lordeddi[m]>i see, i should check that with what i am inputting. What i did now, for existing plants with know track is to have the seeds > create a seeding log > add both seed and plant to that log.... which isn't really ideal i think
[06:52:22]<lordeddi[m]> thanks !
[06:52:31]<lordeddi[m]>tonight was dev-call yes?
[06:53:24]<mstenta[m]>Yep! 12 pm eastern
[06:57:48]<lordeddi[m]>one more seed question: now i have some seeds, mostly they are "grouped" per plant species. But if i want the parent way i would have seed assets with names like e.g. "blue beans 2019 from that dude i passed"
[06:57:49]<lordeddi[m]>:)
[06:57:49]<lordeddi[m]>so it's clear that these plants parents are those exact blue bean seeds, not the generic blue beans seeds ...
[06:59:16]<mstenta[m]>Thats true, if thats the granularity of info you want to maintain
[07:00:55]<mstenta[m]>I save and replant garlic every year, but I dont use seed assets, I just reference the last years plant asset as the parent of this years
[07:01:37]<mstenta[m]>I could start using seed assets if I want, which would add another step and layer in between
[07:02:01]<mstenta[m]>If you are saving a lot of seed that might be a useful way to track it
[07:02:58]<mstenta[m]>Depends on how deep you want/need to go :-)
[07:05:39]<lordeddi[m]>some plants have the need for lots of details, like those blue beans which are a cultivar rapidly dissapearing... other things don't matter that much.
[11:59:17]<mstenta[m]>farmOS dev call is starting - all are welcome!
[11:59:48]<symbioquine[m]>https://meet.jit.si/farmos-dev
[14:07:24]<mstenta[m]>Ready for review: https://github.com/farmOS/farmOS/pull/620
[17:12:14]<mstenta[m]>I think both of these are ready for review too:
[17:12:15]<mstenta[m]>https://github.com/farmOS/farmOS/pull/568
[17:12:18]<mstenta[m]>https://github.com/farmOS/farmOS/pull/577
[17:14:02]<mstenta[m]>Thanks for the reviews of https://github.com/farmOS/farmOS/pull/620 symbioquine and paul121! I'll go ahead and merge that and tag 2.0.0-rc1 right now
[17:14:37]<mstenta[m]>the others can be merged after IMO
[17:19:19]<mstenta[m]>oh dang, drupal 9.4.x is no longer supported. 9.5.0 is out
[17:19:54]<mstenta[m]>maybe we upgrade to that after rc1?
[17:20:00]<mstenta[m]>i'll bump to 9.4.9 for now
[17:33:54]<mstenta[m]>ah there is also a simple_oauth 5.2.3, which includes your patch for fixing the occassionally failing tests paul121
[17:34:37]<mstenta[m]>i'm running our tests against it now... i manually reviewed the changes since 5.2.2 and there doesn't appear to be any major changes
[17:36:24]<mstenta[m]>only three commits since 5.2.2: your patch + a change to .gitlab-ci.yml + automated drupal 10 compat fixes
[17:36:52]<mstenta[m]>i skimmed the drupal 10 compat fixes and don't see anything that jumps out as potentially dangerous
[17:37:09]<mstenta[m]>i'll include 5.2.3 in rc1 if our tests pass
