[13:56:29]<TheSlurpee[m]>monkeyflowerfarm: how did it work out? I'm curious if/how you have farmos running on shared hosting. It'll be a good doc to update.

[18:09:04]<tool172[m]>I've been doing things for a while. Migrating to v2.0 which is nice so far. Are the Google Maps API options eliminated?
[18:09:25]<mstenta[m]>tool172: here ya go! https://www.drupal.org/project/farm_map_google
[18:09:32]<mstenta[m]>it's a separate module now
[18:09:39]<mstenta[m]>because it's a bit buggy :-)
[18:09:51]<tool172[m]>that's what i wondered
[18:09:57]<mstenta[m]>but works ok... there's just a few oddities (rotating the map breaks everything haha)
[18:10:19]<mstenta[m]>it'll work for the most part though - give it a try
[18:10:20]<tool172[m]>I keep trying to find time to work on an extension, but man does it get away
[18:10:31]<mstenta[m]>time? ha! i know what you mean :-)
[18:10:35]<tool172[m]>I might try open maps for now
[18:10:46]<tool172[m]>if it is that buggy, i'm in the process of migrating to docker with service based db
[18:10:57]<tool172[m]>thanks @mstenta
[18:12:36]<mstenta[m]>sorry i exhagerated... it's really not that buggy. there were bigger reasons we decided to make it a separate module... Google doesn't make it easy to use their satellite layers in OpenLayers, so the way it works adds some complexity... we decided best to make that an add-on module so users could decide if they needed it
[18:22:16]<tool172[m]>oh ok
[18:22:20]<tool172[m]>then extending i shall
[18:41:53]<tool172[m]>it'll work fine :)
